Adhyatmas is open to users of all ages. There is no age restriction for accessing our spiritual and educational content. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. We encourage parents and guardians to be aware of and guide their children's use of the Platform, especially when creating accounts or making purchases.

03Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.

05AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

06Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit, harm, or reverse-engineer the AI system
• Submit harmful, abusive, or hateful content through the question interface
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Platform without authorization
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute Platform content for commercial purposes without consent

07Intellectual Property

All original content on the Platform — including the website design, logos, blog posts, AI system architecture, and curated scriptural datasets — is the intellectual property of Adhyatmas and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The sacred scriptures (Bhagavad Gita, Vedas) are ancient public-domain texts. Our proprietary AI interpretations and original blog content remain our intellectual property.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adhyatmas and its founder(s), employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or spiritual guidance.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Adhyatmas in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info.adhyatmas@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refund eligibility.

10Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhojpur, Bihar, India.

11Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
